Madee provides tools for building and hosting AI-powered chatbots using integrations such as OpenAI and Google Dialogflow. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1 API Tokens
You are fully responsible for any API tokens, keys, or credentials you add to the Madee platform.

You agree to:
- Keep your tokens secure
- Monitor usage
- Remove compromised keys immediately

We are not liable for unauthorized usage of your API tokens.

4. Inactive Account Deletion
Free-tier accounts that remain inactive for more than six (6) months may be automatically deleted, including all associated data, bots, and configurations.

It is your responsibility to log in periodically if you wish to keep your account active.

5. Abuse, Misuse, and Policy Violations
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Suspend your account
- Limit access to certain features
- Permanently delete your account

This may occur if we detect:
- Violation of any applicable laws
- Abuse of the Service
- Harmful, misleading, or malicious behavior
- Actions that threaten security or stability of the platform

We may act without prior notice in severe cases.

6. Payments and Pricing
If you purchase a subscription or paid features, you authorize us (and our payment processor Stripe) to charge your payment method.

6.1 Pricing Changes
Our pricing, plans, and features may change at any time. We do not guarantee advance notice; however, changes will be reflected on our website or within your dashboard.

7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain a reliable platform but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

You acknowledge that:
- Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
-Third-party providers (e.g., hosting, APIs, payment processors) may experience outages
- We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, interruptions, or delays.

8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with external platforms such as OpenAI, Google, and Stripe.

You agree that:
- Their terms and policies also apply
- We are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or data handling
- You must follow all applicable third-party usage rules

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and platform features belong to Madee or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time.We may suspend or terminate your account if:- You violate these Terms
- We detect abuse, fraud, or legal violations
- Your free account remains inactive beyond the 6-month limit
- Required payments are not completed
- Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madee is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service disruptions or downtime
- Unauthorized use of API tokens or accounts
- Actions of third-party integrations
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
